Find list: C:DOcuments And SettingsAdministratorApplication Data

If your version is Dreamweaver 8,reach its previously version, so enter Macromedia list please,
After if your version is Macromedia 9,reaching its version, so enter Adobe list please,
Actually because Adobe bought Macromedia later, so catalog differred just.

Delete the Dreamweaver version folder of the correspondence in this catalog. My version is Dreamweaver CS4, so I am deleted
