DreamweaverMX 2004 makes filament form

   If be the frame of define table case merely,be 1(border="1") and frame color value (like BorderColor="#000000") , form line is 2px actually, want to make filament form, have 3 kinds of methods:

1. Ctrl+Alt+T is pressed in Dreamweaver, shoot a dialog box that inserts form, if parameter setting pursues (lead red draw a frame round to secure a value, do not have effect) otherwise:
